Further Photos from Epstein's Property Disclosed by Democratic Party US Congress Members

Site layouts for Epstein's personal tropical island included in the released materials.

Additionally featured in this recent document release appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.

Jeffrey Epstein purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

The released images indicate he had drawn up plans to develop the sprawling island by erecting living quarters, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a pool.

Visible on the drawing is a local waterway, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the lower right-hand corner.

The architectural drawing is covered in handwritten red notes and contains a key detailing various areas of the estate.

Alongside the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, including plans for boat shelters.

Additional materials released as part of the continuing oversight disclosure.
